Any products under the category Kelly Sauvage Designs are protected and copyrighted by Kelly Sauvage. By downloading products from this area of the site, you are agreeing to abide by these terms of use:
1.You may use this kit for personal use only. Professional Use of any kind is strictly prohibited.
2. You may submit your layouts to magazines, online galleries, contests, etc. providing proper credit is given to Kelly Sauvage at Digital Resource Heaven. If you are published, please send me an email so I can congratulate you and send you a special gift :)
3. You may not claim these graphics as your own in either their original or altered state.
4. You may not redistribute or share my kits or elements, in part or as a whole in digital, paper or any other form. If you make a layout as a gift for someone, you must give them the flattened .jpg image, not the .psd file.
5. You may not use Kelly Sauvage Designs to make templates, quick pages, stencils or doodles, or brushes.

PROFESSIONAL USE LICENSING CONDITIONS:
Although Digital Resource Heaven offers royalty free resources for professional use, all graphics and photographs are copyrighted to Kelly Sauvage, site founder and owner. By purchasing royalty free graphics and resource tools under the specified Professional Use area, no additional fees will be required for licensing after the initial purchase. Professional Use graphics and resource products purchased from Digital Resource Heaven may be used within the buyers/purchasers Professional and personal use projects. You may alter them as you see fit. You may extract them or use them "as is" within a kit or project. You may use the graphics to create your own professional use brushes, textures, tubes, styles, etc. You may use the Professional Use tools and graphics from Digital Resource Heaven in the creation of websites and website designs.
There are a few exceptions in which these graphics may NOT be used.
1. You may not repackage these graphics to resell individually or as a set. For example: You may not purchase these graphics with intent to put them on a cd. You may not sell the images by themselves. You may not purchase the images then package them to sell on your own website or store or share them in the same manner in which you purchased them.

All PayPal payments must be cleared before downloads can be accessed. If you pay by PayPal via e-check, we do not receive any funds into our account, nor are we guaranteed any, until your payment has cleared.
